My first school
carpool...

Well, I had the opportunity to participate in my first
school carpool today. One of our neighbors who also has
a little girl in Kindergarten asked me to drive her
child to school this morning. Kenzie and Caitlyn are
really good friends. So much so, that I completely
disappeared from though as they jabbered on about
everything from dinosaurs to baby talk. I didn’t have
to concern myself with entertaining Kenzie as we drove.
Caitlyn took care of that for me, as did Kenzie for
Caitlyn...
Needless to say, when I dropped them off, I drove the
rest of the way to work without turning on the radio.
The silence was nice...
