Man! It’s been
entirely too long since we’ve written anything on our
family blog. A lot has happened since our last entry.
Let’s see...
We made it through another holiday season and lived to
talk about it.
I’m almost done testing out of my Apple Certification
exams (3 down, 2 to go).
And, what else has happened...?
Oh yeah, we had a baby! Little Emery Annette Grace Puls
was born on March 10th. She’s a beauty. Tina and I are
once again in love with a little girl (as if we weren’t
still in love with our other two girls). All of the
Puls ladies are doing wonderfully well adjusting to new
schedules and demands.
That’s it for now. Until next time (hopefully not 4
months from now).
Time to update that (Baby Puls) page...

When I was growing up it was my dream to be a wife and
a mom.
In one sense I didn't know that I would ever get
married. Seemed like I had many issues in my past with
feeling "loved". I remember thinking, I don't know if I
will ever find someone who will love me. Well, I did!
Tom loves me so much. I know he does. He demonstrates
it daily. He works so hard at Stand to Reason, the
church and here at our apartment as manager so that I
can be home with our girls. I have seen him put me and
our girls first in many ways and I am truly grateful
for that.
Being a mom brings me so much joy. I can't even count
how many times a day I smile at something my girls do
during the day. I am so thankful I have two healthy and
beautiful girls. I so much enjoy seeing their
personalities develop. And it never ceases to amaze me
at how different they are. I think that is what really
makes me want to have more kids. It would be
interesting to see how the next one would be.
Mackenzie is so bubbly. Of course she is shy, cautious
and sometimes takes a minute to warm up to new
situations. She can be so encouraging. She is very
creative especially when it comes to her drawings. I
always have a blast looking through the stack of
drawings on her art table at the end of the day. I
never know what I will find and it is always a pleasant
surprise. Always bringing a smile to my face. It has
been fun watching her develop even more since she
started school.
Avery is into anything to do with technology. Remotes,
iphones, dvd players, any thing she can find around
here amongst her dad's stuff. She is also a climber.
She gets really excited over small things. She also has
a temper. Of course she tries to do everything her
sister does. So she has started already doodling with
pencils, crayons, markers and paint.
Every day I try and remember how truly blessed and
fortunate I am. I try to soak up every moment, the
little things in life that make me me happy. Some days
I can't believe that I am actually living out my dream.

This weekend we had the opportunity to participate in
the wedding of Tina’s sister, Brenda, and her fiance,
Darrel. It was a beautiful ceremony and fun reception.
Tina was Brenda’s Matron of Honor, Kenzie was the
Flower Girl, and Avery wore a matching dress and just
looked like a little doll.
We wish them the best!
