Well, our little girl graduated from Kindergarten on Friday.

It was quite emotional for Tina and me. She’s just growing up so fast. Kenzie absolutely loved her teachers this year and so did we. We will definitely miss them next year. Kenzie wanted to get her teachers’ phone numbers so we could hang out this summer... It was very cute...

Kenzie’s graduation ceremony was really nice. It wasn’t too pretentious with caps and gowns or anything like that. The kids just sang songs they’d learned throughout the year and recited Bible verses and other things they’d learned. Each child had the opportunity to shake the hand of Mr. Major, the school principal.

We’re very proud of Mackenzie. She’s learned a lot and grown up a lot this year. I just wish she’d stay 5 forever, but I guess it doesn’t work that way...
